Goose spent four seasons in professional baseball after a storied collegiate career at Utah Valley University, where he was a first-team All-American. A two-sport star at Orem High School where he played baseball and basketball, Kallunki owns a Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1 certification. During his college career at UVU, Kallunki led the Wolverines to three conference championships and the best record in all of NCAA Division I in 2012. That season UVU won a remarkable 32 straight games, just shy of a new NCAA mark. Kallunki was named one of three finalists for the Dick Howser Trophy for the top collegiate player in the country. He was also a semifinalist for the Golden Spikes Award along with the conference Player of the Year, the Region Player of the Year, and a consensus All-American. Kallunki has taught hitting lessons for five years and also has experience coaching youth baseball and basketball teams.
Lindsey has an extensive background across many different sports and training methods. She was a High school three sport athlete including volleyball, basketball, and track. With many honors in each of those sports.
She Was part of the 2001 ESPN National championship team for high school girls basketball. Played volleyball at the collegiate level at SLCC. Then moved to support her husband Jeff as he played basketball for the University of Hawaii. She has been heavily involved in Crossfit over the last 5 years where she has studied and learned about Olympic lifting and proper technique. She is very passionate about training and conditioning athletes, especially kids and teens and loves to pass along her knowledge of health and fitness that she has acquired over many years.
